Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival 2018 (+ A GIVEAWAY!)

Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival 2018

Lifestyle, Scotland | 19th January 2018 | By

EXCITING NEWS COMING THROUGH: I’m giving away a pair of completely free tickets to the 2018 Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival!

I’m SO gutted to say that I won’t be able to make the festival myself due to prior commitments (ironically, I’ll be sitting in on a weekend of nutrition lectures!), but that doesn’t mean that everyone has to miss out. If you hold an interest in health, fitness, nutrition and wellbeing and fancy the chance of nabbing yourself some FREE tickets, read on to find out how you can enter my giveaway for this awesome festival hitting Edinburgh on January 27th-28th!

The Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival 2018

This will be the first ever wellbeing festival to come to Edinburgh and is set to feature some of the biggest and most influential names in health and fitness. Will there be expert nutritionists? Check. Yoga teachers? Check. Celebrity chefs? Check. Personal trainers? CHECK!

Across the two days, you’ll be able to attend expert talks and workshops on healthy eating and emotional wellbeing, exercise classes to suit all abilities from Tribe Yoga to Pure Gym to Clubbercise, and, of course, snap up the all important healthy food samples. If that’s not an incentive, I don’t know what is 😉

A Sneak Peak Into the Events

Doctor Chaterjee, newly published author and face of BBC 1’s incredible “Doctor in the House” series will be teaching you how to relax, eat, move and sleep your way to a better and healthier life as well as signing copies of his bestselling book “The Four Pillar Plan”.

Dr Hazel Wallace, known online as “The Food Medic”, and nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert will be talking about how to have a healthy relationship with food and signing copies of their books, while yoga teacher and personal trainer Shona Vertue will be holding a killer bodyweight only workout class.

There’ll be mindfulness classes with Lulu Lemon, and University of Hertfordshire psychologist Professor Richard Wiseman will help you to understand how sleep works, how to adopt better sleeping habits and get the best night’s sleep of your life. He’ll also be signing copies of his bestselling book, “Night School: Wake up to the Power of Sleep”.

Not only this, but there will also be an exclusive wellbeing marketplace offering free “health MOTs” (intrigued? Me too…), massage, physiotherapy advice and book signings. All in all, this is the perfect event to lead you into 2018 oozing with inspiration and motivation.
